Simon Penner
Broker Advisor
Simon Penner started Miramont Commercial in October 2021. As the managing broker, he serves the needs of the company’s diverse client base throughout Southern Colorado and along the Front Range. Mr. Penner has committed his brokerage advisory career in consulting with landlords, tenants, sellers, and buyers by creating winning solutions and adding value to their real estate needs.
Known for strong skills in negotiation and an extensive knowledge of the prevailing market conditions, Mr. Penner has a deep understanding of the business with nearly 18 years of experience. His wisdom comes from a wide range of transactions inclusive to office, industrial and retail type properties. He understands the nuances and executes transactions with keen attention to detail assisting investors, owner occupants and tenants in successfully navigating the waters of challenging markets.
Prior to Miramont Commercial, Mr. Penner was Director for Newmark in their Colorado Springs location and then previously Broker Associate with CameronButcher Company.
Simon enjoys spending his weekends and spare time with wife Eve and daughter Ava. He also takes pleasure in playing golf or roaming the mountains in his four-by-four.
Tim Agee
Broker Associate
Tim Agee joined Miramont Commercial as a broker in November 2024 after working for three years in Newmark’s Colorado Springs office. Prior to his brokerage career, Tim was a cost and compliance analyst for The Boeing Company in Seattle, Washington.
Tim successfully combines a uniquely detail-orientated, data-driven mentality with a passion for connecting people to opportunities. With expertise in tenant and agency representation in the office, industrial, and retail sectors, Tim prides himself in serving his clients and customers with the highest level of effort and integrity.
A Colorado Springs native, Tim is active in his church community and spends his free time playing golf and pickleball.
Rob Pino
Administrative Manager
Rob joined Miramont in August of 2022, bringing with him strong customer service and ethics he previously applied in the medical field. He prides himself on attention to detail and a desire to help people. Now he plans to compound those skills into commercial real estate.
On his free time Rob is usually outdoors hiking, driving, or running in the mountains with his dog Chipper. He also has interests in horticulture and learning languages.
